99% of the people are great but they 've had constant staff turnover. There is one obnoxious cashier who goes out of his way to get close to female shoppers, even when he 's carrying a 33 gallon bag of garbage. For the gourmet prices, the produce is usually worse than other stores, with some exceptions. All of the California rolls have wheat (and I don 't just mean in the soy sauce). Employees have nearly crashed into me once or twice. Constant receipt errors. When I mention how they can help me (bagging) regarding my disability, many baggers and cashiers at Rosauers take my comments/requests as an invitation to actual friendship which imposes deeply on me. I don 't want to hear about their problems and I only mention mine to the extent necessary to have bags light or get out quickly off my bad leg. But they try to marry you lol. The cashiers talk so much they take up your time like they are needy for an emotional connection and I don 't mean just that one cashier. I mean many of them. With as many receipt errors as they have, they and the baggers should not monopolize communication with quasi-small talk that has lead-ins, a main story, a conclusion and aftermath. The pharmacy never has enough staff, has overworked it staff terribly, changes it hours a lot and you never know if the drive through is open until you go see or call. The store and parking lot are clean. Most of the employees are very friendly, knowledgeable and mean well. I like it when they stay open late, but never sure when that is. There is no shade at all in the summer for parking. The entry is partially ungraded, and they clutter it up sometimes, so if you enter from the south side, you have to walk on a slanted surface for over 10 feet, but it 's clean. They have an in door and an out door. In order to exit, you must go all the way around and pass a cashier or customer service.

Love this store, the store is nice, clean , great customer service usually. The sushi right as you walk in is a great way to start my shopping and the sushi chefs are so nice, I get fresh meat often and the guys that work back there are always really helpful and pleasant ? I get my prescriptions filled at the pharmacy and they are always so friendly and fast! Couldn't ask for a better neighborhood store!

Good enough of a store but don’t buy their sushi, they’ll scam you. Paid extra for eel and when I got home, no eel at all in the dish.

Kinda pricy for the name brand items and the meat department but you pay for quality and I don't mind since it's close to home.

How to shop at Rosauers: walk up to the front door, set two twenty dollar bills on fire on the pavement, then drive down to Winco. You’ll still come out ahead.You’ll get better produce and other goods at a massively lower price. Just atrocious. Plus attentive shoppers will notice they cannot retain employees.People raving about their “bakery” are going to, unfortunately, face the threat of diabetes. It’s mostly sugary Midwest type stuff, with little in the way of good wholesome breads.Sad.ETA: Costco is coming for Rosauers in Ridgefield. LOL. I give Rosauers two years max after Costco opens. Probably not that long maybe.ETA again: interested shoppers might Google search for “Department of Labor press release” and “Rosauers.” Rosauers has been engaging in wage theft and the illegal use of child labor. This is a fact Rosauers has admitted to with its settlement with DOL. I’m not begrudging someone dropping in for a quart of milk, but by this point there are likely dozens of ex-employees in the community who could tell one how they were treated. This firm is scum.
