Ephen Tacos Smokehouse Junction

My wife and I were traveling on highway 395 about 10 miles south of Ridgecrest when, our car overheated and had to call AAA. We were pulled into town and ended up at the motel six next to Ephan Tacos.We went in to get something to eat, but were told that they were closed for the night. Instead of turning us away, the owner, I’m assuming, gave us a bunch of miscellaneous barbecued meats that he already had prepared.Really outstanding food, some of the best barbecue I’ve ever had. Thoughtful service. Highly recommended. I’ll be back tomorrow night for sure.

Food was decent, but the customer service was lacking. The girls behind the counter were clearly not happy and could be heard arguing with each other all the way out in the dining room.

Tried 4 different types of tacos and all were amazing

I had the day special. Shrimp tacos. COD tacos.They both grilled to perfection.The flavors are just perfect. Just enough to enhance the meat and not over flavored it.Many restaurants put tons of salt and ruin the meats.The tacos were delicious!

Outstanding Piggyback sandwich, fresh broccoli cheese soup. Delicious Lemonade I can’t wait to go back try more menu items????? all with Great service thanks guys ?
