I had an opportunity to taste the ribs that Tyler cooked for the Matagorda Fair Cook off and they were absolutely the best ribs I have ever eaten! If you ever need a catered event please give Smoke’em Down BBQ a call it the best BBQ. I promise you will not be disappointed!
