The Beech House - Richmond Upon Thames

Service was appalling didn’t get served for about 30 minutes and has to ask to be seen. the food was delicious but the starters took about 45 minutes and food about 45 minutes after that. the servers were very impolite and unprofessional, considering it was late sunday afternoon and was basically empty very very appalled and i’ve been here many times before and had no problem until now i will NOT be coming again. Price per person: £40–50

The bar staff were unfriendly and it cost £1.90 for a glass of tap soda water.

Good food, nice place, terrible service. Not one member of staff smiled, they made us feel like an inconvenience. The manager made it clear that push chairs were not welcome, shocking attitude. Food: 3 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 4

I went to the beach house for brunch with two friends. It's a great place lovely surroundings and great food. Amo was great. Smiley, chatty and very funny we laughed alot.
