Kyo Sushi - Richmond Upon Thames

I ordered sushi here, and I can honestly say that this was possibly the worst food I've ever eaten. Everything, from the taste, to the texture, to the smell and even the appearance of the food was vile, disgusting and inedible. I tried it but after I'd eaten around a quarter (maybe less) of the dishes, I couldn't eat anymore. My mum tried some of my sushi and she literally spat it out. If you like good food then avoid at all costs, go to Itsu, Yo! or another decent sushi place. However, if you enjoy eating rank food that tastes like if could have been chewed up, swallowed and then vomited back up again and put on a plate, then come here, because that's exactly what the food is like. Awful.

Miso Soup was a bit salty, tofu was a bit too tough. Prawn tempura had no taste whatsoever. Chicken catsu: sadly the breaded chicken wasn't crispy at all and the sauce tasted like Heinz tomato soup. Quite disappointed as not only were these Items over £20 with delivery but I got my hopes up with the quality and reviews.

I've never been to the restaurant but I have had sushi delivered to my flat a number of times. I'm generally very happy with the price|quality ratio, and it's the best (and most consistent sushi delivery I've had while living Putney (I've tried a few!

This is a nice local Japanese Chinese restaurant good for take away but also nice to eat in. Sushi is good but also the wider menu is good (curry with rice is a a good choice for kids). Somewhere where we like to go back.

I odered from them just now, half of the order turned up and when I called them to complain they told me that the website was wrong, it wasn't their problem and if I wanted to complain I should call Just Eat. We essentially orders £50 of sushi and got a few straggly bits of nigiri and a goyoza!! Not only is this fraudulent, it is utterly unacceptable for a restaurant to treat their customers in this way.
