What a disappointment. the service was terrible. the food took forever to rest. had to send back some dishes that seem to come cold, as if all employees were new and have no idea what is going on. will never come back.

The 3 people curs ordered and eating was not enough. table by the way were also 3 people, but they were wise to order the 4 people and to ate everything except 1 bowl rice. they also allow rice upgrades for the 2 person course, but not for the 3 person course. That's so ridiculous. if the part for the rice is the ground, then only upgrade the 2 bowl rice and serve 1 bowl of white rice. give it at least as an option for the customers. eating was quite good, especially the sausage and bark tongue we ordered as an additional add on. the waiter tried hard, but you can say that most waiters were new. forget to oil our grill twice and have not changed our grill for the s’mores (have many times and grills have also been changed).

The table was punctual, eating and service were great.

Good food with ability to book ahead which is great for grill. Quality of the meats were great. Note that all beverages cost money including tea. Tables are quite close together so noise level could be high if you’re next to a noisy group.
