They offer great Jamaican patties at a reasonable price. Hungry? Well, they have a hot food offering with jerk chicken pork and ox tail. Their ox tail is getting pricey but accordingly, it seems that their costs have risen.The food is delicious. While their Markham store seems to offer more in terms of food selection, their Leslie St location is still great when you are in the mood for some Jamaican food.

The service is great. The food is tasty. The Curried Mutton is delicious. The patties are renowned. The jerk chicken is nice and spicy. The rice and peas are great. The hard dough bread is wonderful. The other baked goods are good. Variety of West Indian drinks. There is a store as well to buy West Indian staples like Ackee, codfish to cook, etc.

I've been to the Markham one. I love the jerk chicken and jerk pork. I get a combo on rice and bring it back to my office. Not only is it good but a big portion and reasonably priced. Highly recommend!

Wow, this restaurant was a fantastic discovery for me yesterday while I was having meetings in the less developed area of north east Markham.

Conveniently situated in the central Markham neighborhood, good for walk-ins and takeout with no seating available for dining in.
