Whataburger - Richmond

The food was good but it was barely warm by the time I received it.

Two stars because the drive thru has to be the slowest in the history of all Whataburgers. Every time I come, there are only a few cars, but I wait no less than seven to ten minutes in line.

Fountain drink dispensers need to be tuned up. Coke and Dr. Pepper never taste right. Quality is hit or miss, cold/stale fries, burgers are sometimes sloppy. But staff is relatively nice.

I wasn't a fan of the food here. The burger and fries were very mediocre. I didn't expect a lot with them being a fast food restaurant but I definitely thought I'd enjoy the food. I didn't.

Third time in a row curbside order was messed up. Can this location get competent employees. They don’t know how to read
