Very slow workers, I almost fell asleep while waiting for my coffee, although there were not many visitors‍ Food: 5 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

The employees and drinks are amazing, but they need more employees. It should not take 45 minutes to get through the drive thru. Price per person: $1–10 Food: 5

We had placed a mobile order on our way home to cincinnati and it was estimated 9-17 minuets. I had put it in 17 minutes prior to arrival and we haven’t waited almost 50 minutes. I will be reaching out to customer service! So dissatisfied: Food: 4 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Put in a mobile order, waited 10-15 min (after drink was supposed to be made) still didn’t receive my coffee and walked out without my drink. There were too many orders coming in and not enough workers. Go somewhere else. Service: Take out Meal type: Other Price per person: $1–10 Food: 3 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 2

Very slow service for as many people that were working.
