Starbucks - Richmond

Love the Mobile order app! Very convenient! And love the Perks of using it. Staff has always been friendly every time I've visited. Just wish there was a location closer to North side of town, or west side even. I live out of town, but work in Richmond. So I only go if I happen to be on that particular side of town. Overall, I will still visit this location when in town.

Love of coffee hates the prices... McDonald's is actually better coffee and better if you know how to order it.... try this... log mocha frappe two additional shots of expresso add extra caramel and extra chocolate drizzle AND BLEND IT ALL TOGETHER IN A LARGE COKE CUP yes you read right in a big 32oz coke! There are more than enough to fill a larger 32 Oz coke cup when ordered this way and it tastes amazing

UPDATE: On June 11, 2022, I sampled the Iced Starbucks Blonde Vanilla Latte, and I loved it! I also got the Crispy Grilled Cheese sandwich on sourdough, which was delicious as always. I redeemed my rewards stars for a Glazed Doughnut, and it was tasty as well. The drive-thru lines are still lengthy, so I'm opting to go in for my orders, which tends to be quicker.

EDIT: On October 19th, I spent several hours at this Starbucks over the course of two days. The staff continued to impress me with their exceptional service. Everyone was welcoming, and many of them seemed to have been there for quite some time, as they recognized regular customers and even greeted a few by name. The area was kept clean, and I would say it's the cleanest Starbucks I've ever visited. It looks like it could use a remodel, but I hope it doesn't lose its charm and become a sterile environment. Thank you for your wonderful hospitality!

We were in the mood for some coffee and a breakfast sandwich, and both were outstanding! The service was impeccable as well. I only wish all the Starbucks locations in my area were this fast and efficient. A big shoutout to the management and staff!
