Russo's New York Pizzeria Italian Kitchen,

This was our Italian go-to venue but we have been noticing lately that the entrees and salads are bland; plus the place is short on staff, with only 1 waiter and 1 cook. Our waiter was courteous and bilingual; and offered to change my plate when I told him I didn't like it; I just didn't want to take a chance. I really think there is a problem with supervision and lack of staff.

Had a very bad experience today at Russo's. First of all, the pizza seemed to have finger marks on the back end of it (see picture attached). Secondly, the server said they would substitute the tomatos on the pizza for another topping of my choice yet charged me for it. Will not be going back. Hey owner, we don't want anything from you. we just wanted to inform you incase employees are not taking care of customers so you can improve service and see repeat traffic. Good luck. Fyi your pizza tasted good, just the back wasn't eatable so we threw away back section. For an expensive pizza, whole pizza should be eatable we felt. That's all, nothing else.

Great food and reasonably priced. Lunch special is a great bargain. Giant slice of pizza is a meal in itself. Excellent minestrone soup and Caesar salad.

Highly recommended. There are plenty of vegetarian options available and the food is delicious, with excellent service and amazing flavor. I have visited this restaurant more than 5 times now and the taste has been consistently outstanding each time. It is perfect for a family dinner, a romantic date, or to celebrate a special occasion.

The staff are really nice but the pizza was underwhelming for the price we ordered 2 pizzas one with the works plus extra jalapeño but got only 7 little pieces for 3 dollars. It was also extremely greasy.
