Jack Astor's Richmond Hill

Food was a little stale and the chicken tasted a little off from the usual. Service was great even though they were very busy.

Server was friendly but once food was brought he did not come back. No condiments(salt and pepper/ketchup etc) extra Mayo and gravy was ordered and never came....

Very bad service. We need to remind the orders multiple times. May not go back again
