Fazoli's - Richmond

Very good food! We had a problem with a gift card, but the manager was very nice and looked after the problem!

I'm so happy to finally try Fazolis. We stopped at one in Richmond KY. The staff was very sweet. Food came fast and hot and was so delicious, I give the 5th?. I had the Philly cheese steak ravioli. Endless breadsticks were great. But we had to ask for refills. I wasn't disappointed! The ONLY problem in providing 5 stars is due to the fact that they do not have any Coca-Cola at all and update the beverage area required. Can't wait to travel again hopefully there is a Fazolis!

Dined on Sunday afternoon and was impressed by the quality of our meals and also with the service. A young man named Lee was waiting for us with a smile and a helpful attitude. When he didn't wait for people, he cleared tables, gave food, everything with a smile on his face. We experienced a level of service rarely seen in restaurants today. Thanks to Fazolis and Lee?

As usual. Just need better trained staff in the register. Had to correct child three times about my order. Food was amazing. I always get the family meal and it feeds five of us twice

We stopped while passing through and got our meal as a carry out to eat when we got home. They did not disappoint. We live outside of Toledo and miss having Fazzoli's there. It was always good and were sad when they left the area.
