This neighborhood restaurant has very soothing furnishings. It is quiet and a good place to dinate and conduct a conversation. The bread and diving sauce is excellent. I had chicken parmigiana that came with pasta and sauce. It was too salty, but it tasted very good. I added a side salad $4 charge) and the creamy peppermint dressing was delicious.

The food is very good. There were not many employees here. You pack your remains for you, make sure everything is placed on your plate in the togo. They bring bread for the table, but only one role per person... the water comes from a glass bottle that is placed on a table after serving. I got the chicken parmesan with spaghetti, it was amazing; but it was a bit expensive. It was $15.00 for the court. And a tea was almost $3.00.

Great food here if you are looking for some delicious Italian food. The shells have 2lbs in it and the Pasta Carbonara was top notch. The owner also waits for the table so that you can expect a friendly smile to welcome you.

This is the best Italian food in Richmond! The deposit is very warm and welcoming. Once you get in, every employee will try to welcome you. Tables and stands are available. The entire atmosphere is relaxing and lets you feel at home. Eating is generously portioned so if you are sharing in the mood, you will both be full of the meal. Each dish has plenty of taste in every bite and there are many options to choose from. The menu has been updated and is now easier to read/select as there are descriptions under meals. If you are going through or in general, you must stop from Carmengios.

I came here for my 21st birthday today with a friend. We were greeted by a lovely server named Hannah and seated down. She was very prompt and attentive and I appreciate how kind she was to us. If you're looking for a elegant, intimate setting to do a proposal or go over business I would definitely recommend this for you.
