Tim Hortons - Richmond

I recently had a disappointing experience at Tim Hortons. Last night, I ordered a chai tea in the drive-thru, and despite speaking in French, my order was still mixed up with coffee added. It's frustrating to receive a drink that is not what I ordered. While mistakes can happen, I believe that the staff should take the time to ensure accuracy and respect for the customer. I have noticed that the female employees often make errors with my orders, but there is one male employee with blue or green hair who consistently gets my order right, even when busy. I have given the female staff multiple chances, but I have decided not to return when they are working.

I love getting my ice cap from this restaurant. The girl working at the window is cute and very friendly.

Tim Hortons offers decent food and coffee at affordable prices. However, the service can be slow.

I went to 3 Tim's in the space of a week, not 1 failed to get done part of a sandeichcsnd coffee order WRONG. Do not recommend.

Good place, notting fancy, parking lot looks very bad
