Subway - Richmond

I like subway a lot but not every location makes good sandwiches but todays I came to this location for the very first time and the guy made an amazing sandwich for us. He knew what he was doing very polite and hardworking also there was a girl named Simran she was very customer friendly said hello to us told us her shift was about to start. I highly recommend this place for taste atmosphere and customer friendly staff

Really good service. Owner was SO NICE and they added good veggies and even grilled it for me. Super super nice would come here again if even it was out of my way.

The girl who prepared my order via the app today was able to perfectly follow my instruction and she even gave me free cookie on top of that ?

Had to ask the girl making my sandwich to wash her hands after handling change and I was treated like that was the most unreasonable demand ever. The manager watched this and said nothing and treated me awfully . News flash: clean hands when making people's food is pretty basic. If this is the hygiene they use where we can see them, imagine in the back where we can't see them. Disgusting.
