John's Pan Pizza, Steveston Village (richmond, Bc)

This was the first time we try Johns Pan pizza and we were really surprised with the great taste pizza and excellent service. For years we kept trying another company in Steveston that shows higher rating on the web and more expensive, but every time we don’t like it and very disappointed. We decided to try John’s since we were frustrated with the other company and wow, better pizza! So, we are hooked and next time, John’s is the place we’ll order. Not disappointed.

The owner (I forget her name) is very professional and accommodating. I commented once to her how I received a veggie lasagna I did not like, so she made one for me herself the next day and didn't charge me a penny. And the lasagna she made WAS GREAT. Outstanding customer service.Food: 4/5

I 've heard a lot of good things about this pizza place, so my partner and I decided to ubereats and give it a try.We ordered two medium pizzas:#20 garlic goodnessAnd #33 Maui MoaWe were both quite disappointed since the name garlic goodness suggested it would be heavy in garlic taste. Or at least somewhat with garlics. However, there were barely any garlic flavors. I was able to see the cloves but It 's definitely pre-sliced. When using pre-sliced garlics, the lost of aroma and flavors are significantly reduced.The main point with this review, is 12hours after in the middle of the night at 4am. My partner had a massive sharp stomach pain, which led to diarrhea.Myself however, had diarrhea at 5am, I couldn 't leave the toilet for a good 1.5hrs. My stomach was in excruciating pain.I know it was the pizza since it was the last food I ate. I didn 't eat any food throughout the entire day cause of work. And the pizza was the only meal I had.Definitely need to have their expiration ingredients date checked out and monitored. I don 't want this happening to someone else.

I can't praise this place enough. It's our favorite spot on Friday nights! The pizza and wings are amazing with a great variety to choose from. We have never been let down. The service is friendly and quick.
