Denny's - Richmond

My family and I had breakfast at this restaurant today. We were seated promptly and were welcomed by a friendly and professional server named Anita. I ordered the peanut butter cup pancake breakfast and an Oreo milkshake. Our food arrived after 20 minutes and it was all delicious! There was a bit too much egg and hash browns for me to finish, but that's not a big deal. The sausages were small, but tasty. The pancakes were amazing and the milkshake was creamy and sweet. The restaurant itself is a bit old, but clean. Just be cautious of dirty cups. Overall, we had a great experience and enjoyed the excellent service.

Let me start off with the timings, it's really convenient as its open throughout the night. Easy on the wallet, some decent pancakes, bacon, eggs and sides. On the contrary, sometimes the food happens to get a lil greasy and let's you feeling heavy.<br/ <br/ Overall, a good fit for late night eats!

I can't praise the service we received tonight enough. I opted for the sampler where you can choose 3 appetizers from a specific list. When my order arrived, the server noticed that one of my items was incorrect. Despite being hungry and willing to overlook the mistake, the server insisted on fixing it and brought me the correct item along with leaving the mistaken one. This level of service should be the norm in restaurants, but unfortunately isn't always the case, especially in a casual dining place like Denny's. Additionally, I never had to ask for a refill as my cup was always full before I finished my drink. It was perfect! I will definitely be returning.

Okay for quick week night meal. We went there for a quick dinner one day and it was okay. Typical diner food, but you also get what you expect. I think we're stick to breakfast at Denny's.

I opted for the Ring Burger : Pepper Jack cheese, bacon, sautéed mushrooms and mayo on grilled Cheddar cheese bun – crowned with three crispy onion rings. I’ve never really liked eating Denny’s burgers, but ever since their renovation, the food quality
