Whataburger - Richland

This experience was awful. I had to wait almost 30 minutes for a plain grilled chicken sandwich, I had to keep going up there checking both ladies had gloves on and was wiping their nose touching their hat. Not changing their gloves or washing their hands. Tables not clean. Parking lot not clean.

Delicious Food.Service is slower at this location; there is a wall between front counter and drive thru window that hinders service time.

Major Pro: Fresh, hot food.Cons: It can get hectic when it gets busy.Staff is obviously well-trained at trying to do its best to get orders out with keeping cook-to-order etiquette/standards.Food was good, but overhyped.Thankful to have tried it and have the great customer service from the crew during late night rush!

Food always cooked fresh. Not traditional fast food. Great burgers and love their fries with spicy ketchup

The guy come out and got my debit card and fan off with iit. That is not cool.
