Mcdonald's - Richland

Cant get a iced mocha these days, the machine is being cleaned. I went thru 3 times yesterday because I really wanted a iced mocha and at noon! I was told machine is being cleaned. I even went back at just before 9pm and was told again machine was cleaning. The mochas are like $5.00 so they lost $15.00 with just me. I use to get hot coffee and even when I asked for fresh alot of times I would get old burnt coffee.

It came really fast but it also depends on how busy it is but the service the employees were rude and the fries were not that salty.

Placed a mobile order and had to wait close to 25 minutes. They had people coming in from drive thru waiting close to 40 minutes. Then to top it they didn't even give lids for the frappy. Overall never going back to this location. Will be contacting

My first time here. The entrance is narrow. The food was good but the fries weren't really salty. We ordered a quarter pounder, chicken nuggets, and a hamburger. It looks like they forgot my quarter pounder so we ask them if we're missing something. We also order drinks but I order a unsweetened tea but it had lemonade in it.

About the employee power washing his car with company property right next to the drive thru, not only unprofessional but makes it impossible to hear the speaker.
