Golden Palace - Richland

Man I have ate here with my family so many times .. I been so Happy tell yesterday . I take care of little kids by myself an I didn't want to make dinner so I ordered out favorite Chinese place... But worst customer service I have ever experienced. I show up give this teen looking kid with a Bad attitude my phone number he says yup then walks back and said 3 specials.. I got a number 9 an 10 chicken lo mein. Like seriously I don't know that Chicken lo me whole meal isn't a special so I pay and drive all the way home . To receive a call from golden panace I got the wrong food . The dude has a bad attitude on the phone just being a jerk likes it's my fault . I agree to load up the kids an come back and come inside with the food he is a jerk right off the bar blaming me for talking it when I read off my phone number an he brought the wrong food . He was the mean telling me it's my fault an had the worst customer service I have seen . I have never left a review in my life! I would never suggest some go there when they have a brat child the front who is rude to customers. I really can't believe how he acted so I made the review so you can check who you have work for you . a loyal customer being treated rude

Their menu and food preparations are the closest to our all time favorite in western Washington that we have found since we moved away. Absolutely delicious; great service; great prices. Huge servings. Will be going back soon. It is an older establishment but worth it!

Literally just left there and my kids got cheeseburgers and half way through they said it was gross I look and the bread is blue and moldy so I called and they literally say oh ok well you can just throw that out and they hung up

We have never eaten here but can tell you that we will again. We live 40 miles from Tri citys. And decided that we wanted chinese and the place we use to go to has closed. So we decided to try the Golden Palace. We have tried others and don't go back because either because service was pore or the food sucked.We plan on going back.

They use to be good. Operative word ‘use’. The General Tso chicken was like breaded rocks. The fried rice fry and little taste other than regret. They got the steamed rice right. Again they use to be good. Maybe they are reaching the end of their desire to keep their restaurant open.
