Fox Hound - Richardson

Came by the other night, first time at this location. Was waited on by Emily, (had a sweet Jedi braid) Ordered the salad with the lime vinaigrette sauce. Salad was dank. Service was outstanding. I will definitely be backFood: 5/5

Go here a lot to watch UFC. Everything you'd want in a good sports bar. Lots of great options for drinks, pool tables and other games, decent bar food, and lots of seating. Waiters and bartenders are always friendly as well.

We visited this restaurant for the first time to enjoy some food and play pool games. The buffalo wings were delicious, and we even managed to win a few matches. The atmosphere was beautiful and clean. Our server, Emily, was extremely nice and regularly checked in on us. However, when we had some questions for the manager, Shelly, her demeanor was very rude and curt. She seemed dismissive, which really upset me. There is a certain way to communicate with customers, no matter the circumstances, especially in the service industry. Despite this unfortunate experience, my friend and I had a great time overall!

Had a random person come up and assault me instead of telling them to leave they allowed them to stay and even after being belittled still by the person they were not asked to leave. They were trying to make their way into an event I was a part of. They did help in ways but I feel after a situation like that they should've kicked them out. Probably will not be returning.

Leaving the 1 star for Hayden the bartender and I really don’t even want to give him that. He was a j to my entire party and ignored us when we were clearly waiting for his assistance. It was not busy and when we asked where to get pool balls his exact words were “I don’t know? Go find some at a table” and then walked away. Emily I believe was our waitresses name and she came through to save the night. She was a sweetheart and apologized for Hayden’s attitude and behavior. If I was in charge of Fox and Hound I would have Hayden fired immediately for disguising service and lousy efforts. Please get rid of him so me and my friends can continue to spend our hard earned money on one of your favorite bars.
