Del's Charcoal Burgers - Richardson

I've had Del's Charcoal a few years back, but I don't remember my experience, so I came back to give it a try. Receptionist wasn't really welcoming. When my wife and I had taken our order, he seemed annoyed. No greet or smile. I ordered theCheeseburger, while my wife ordered the Philly Cheese Steak Sandwich. My cheeseburger wasn't really seasoned, my cheese looked plastic and not melted. My burger had a lot of mustard, so that's basically all I tasted. Fries were crispy, which I enjoyed,but not a lot in quality. Overall, lunch was okay.

Great burger place and it?s got an old school vibe.. The owner was super friendly and charming ! Burgers were yummlicious and ordered a root beer float . Nice place to hangout with friends and family! Definitely will come back again!

Must visit Richardson burger joint. Charming owner, charcoal grilled burgers, ice cold mug of homemade root beer, and a rare business that has been around since 1957... That's 65 years!! I'm already craving Del's Burgers. Can't wait till my nextvisit! My husband and I biked here and parked on main street. The trails are calling more people to come eat in the area!

Over 60 years in business that?s dedication and hard work!!! Came in on a Wednesday night right before closing, I got lucky to have ordered and got served only took less than 8 minutes for my burger and fries to be ready. It was all fresh I can tell,portion was more than enough.it?s get a Mexican coke glass with a meal like this!

First time here, it was packed. We were able to grab a table as a couple left. My daughter had a cheeseburger with onion rings, and I had the Del's, all veggies plus relish sauce and curly fries. The burgers were perfectly cooked. The relish sauce is outof this world. Both the onion rings and curly fries were crispy but not greasy. Great local burger joint. If you're nearRichardson, come check it out. My family and I will be back!
