Quick counter service with good poke bowls. The fish is fresh, which was unexpected for Dallas (personally, when I think about poke, sushi or fish, I think of coastal locations). One can make their own bowl, but the B40 Island Bowl is an all in one option that is really good. Lots of flavor in every bite. Dinner was quiet, but it was a Monday night during football season and no TVs, so not sure if it's uncommon or lunch is a busier service but food was good..

My husband, daughter and I all came here for lunch. My husband got the ramen bowl and I got the B40 island bowl. For our little one we got the kids chicken and rice bowl. Everything was so yummy and fresh. This was my third time here and again, not disappointed! Service has always been friendly and reasonable and the atmosphere is great for a single diner or a family. I tried a premade poke bowl on this trip and I thought it was fantastic and a great value. Love that they bring the food to your table and provide a cup of miso soup if you dine in very nice touch. Will come back again to try a custom poke bowl next time!

The only thing I want to say is that they do not leave a tip in that restaurant, all the tips are kept by the owner and are not distributed to any employee.

Bowl is loaded with rice and rice. There is only a small amount of salmon. I am disappointed with the quality. Pro, they have good atmosphere for a studying spot.
