They canceled their “ADD FUNDS TO WALLET WITH GIFT CARD” feature, and even though they recommended calling 1-800-BAGELME about it, when I did it went straight to voicemail where I got a “mailbox is full” message. I give up on this place. Good riddance.
Bagels here are epic. That's why they stay in business. Prices are not. Service is below average. I ordered a Chai Latte Tea (from the hot drinks menu), and it was delivered iced. When I protested that this is not what I ordered, they fixed a hot one, but claimed that I ordered it iced. I didn't. I checked my recent orders on the app and could see otherwise. Guys! Don't lie to customers when you screw up! It really doesn't help anyone. I'll probably eat another bagel here someday, because I like bagels, but not because you did well on my first visit.
The bagels were good, it just takes a bit to get them. The store does not have seating so it is all carry out. There was only 1 person in front of us and we waited 15 minutes for the food. Because they were toasted when we ordered, by time we got home, they were cold.
It’s November 2022 and their dining room is still closed due to Covid. Also they don’t spread much cream cheese on the bagels. This place has gone downhill.
Rich and good quality food. In contrast, in other places the bagels feel old and hard as if they were made the day before. On the other hand, at Einstein Bros Bagel they are delicious and feel like they are made from day to day, I just love it
