Friendly staff, good food, great playground for the kids, our pizzas were taking awhile staff apologized a few times and offered free drinks or other food while we waited. I've been there numerous times over the years and never have had a bad meal or bad staff

Hubby I just popped in for dinner discovered they were having a trivia night. We joined in had a ball. We didn't win but we had lots of fun.

We chose Zagames because of the varied menu.  A group of 15 of us which included 5 vegans and a vegetarian.  It was a really nice change that the vegans and veg had a great menu to choose from.  We had vouchers which were a little be confusing because you couldn 't use them at the bar but had to take a 'tab ' card and have it rung up at the food counter.  The food was great, some meals were a little slow coming out -like the first ordered meals came out last.  I have a feeling that they were forgotten about but when enquired about, they soon came out piping hot.  Two of the vegan meals could have been hotter but overall, their vegan burger tasted fab, other vegan options were very nice and the meat/fish eaters all enjoyed their meals.  The kids meals were reasonable as well.  We will definitely go back again because it 's rare to find somewhere , where such a large group all had good things to say.  The kids loved the playground as well.

I love Zagmi's and the playground is really fun. The food and the kids there are fun and I can make friends. I ate the best chicken parma and chocolate mouse.And I farted on Ash. I recommend Zagami's to all kids
