Muffin Break - Reservoir

The coffee here is amazing and super consistent. It is rare to have such consistency in a local café. Staff are also so friendly and welcoming!

Probably one of the more consistent and beautiful coffees around melbourne. Apparently beautiful muffins, cakes and egg and bacon roll in the morning. Obviously, if English is the second language employee, I can see where the other reviews come. But I... don't take it personally if the staff a little short with greetings from time to time. These are just different cultures and a busy coffee shop.

Came for teaspoon.. Before, my children and employees were incredibly rude to them! That didn't change when I was alone. Scone and cream came and cream was sour. When I complained, he was taken away and came scratched with cream and just said no cream, maybe there's a language barrier BUT customer service skills appalling. In any case, no return will be made unless the staff is changed.

I visited this restaurant alone and was repeatedly asked if I was ready by the cashier. It felt rude when they started talking to another Asian staff member while looking at me. There wasn't a wide variety of food on display, and the roll I purchased smelled strongly of oil.
