Starbucks - Reno

Coffee like expected, but the staff is so slow. I think @11am they should already be awaked or drink a coffee. With this speed i wouldn’t drink a coffee in europe, becouse i would miss my train. Send them for a training to Zurich train station, same coffee takes max 3 min until i can go. Here about 12 min.

This was my 1st visit to this Starbucks location I had not been here since I'm new to the area the store was in a great area shopping area I should say once I went in I did order and I noticed the whole facility was simply disgusting I can't believe how dirty this store was there were multiple staff there but the store was still very dirty and filthy as you can see in the pictures I will definitely not be back. Management I recommend that you guys clean up after each other and have at least one person cleaning at all times so it keeps up this should never happen.

This place has the worst service! every time I visit this load, the hired are rude and targeted slow, even after I tap them well. on this particular day during the waiting for our 40$ order- we asked for the free cups that have been delivered since regrettably I tend to spend a lot of money often with dieucks, and the girl working said: "sorry no- we are out" then her family went in which I knew where her family because she welcomed each other as family in spanish, which I understood and she gave them each one. we asked again to test them, and she went back. it is just the principle and the lack of customer support that is important to me. could look less on the free cups. I refuse to go back to this.

This place is amazing, the personal is always so friendly and the most important thing they always make our coffee on point every single day! many thanks to all that we love you youngs daylee melissa

Well IDK if there were only 2 people working or what but it took >20 minutes to get 4 cars through the drive thru and when I finally did get my Grande dark roast it was very weak. Sucks cause this is the closest one to my house but will be skipping it from now on
