Smith And River - Reno

Nice location along the river. I suspect during the summer months the restaurant is quite busy. I had the angus burger. It had an off putting smoky taste. I was having difficulty discerning if it was “fake” smoke or not. The French Fries that accompanied the burger were good. My dinner companion had the Lamb Shank. She said the meat lacked depth in flavor. She also indicated the roasted vegetables (parsnips and carrots) were good.

Delicious food, excellent service, very limited to non-existant for vegetarian options.

We have dined at Smith and River four or times before. It just keeps getting better. Everyone’s dishes were delicious. Our server, Tom, was very attentive but not at all overbearing. Just the right level of service. We will definitely go back.

The food and service were amazing! My friend and I really enjoyed it. Can’t wait to go back to try other dishes!

We had great service and a wonderful dinner. The spicy margarita was so good. I highly recommend this place
