Husband loves their lasagna. I like the create your own pasta. They're okay for a chain but my homemade bolognese is far better than theirs.

The lasagna was mediocre at best and was cold in the middle. The quality has gone down over time.

Food was disappointing for the price. Olive garden is way better...

Do not let anyone tell you this is just a fancier Olive Garden. It is NOT. We enjoyed our meal. . Bolognese spaghetti with meat balls. Caesar salad!! my only half-hearted complaint was we had ordered the Veterans Day meal, while it was more than warm, I asked if the kitchen had made up several plates in anticipation of a great turnout. Our entre came out before our salads

We had 3 different waitresses. They got my salad order wrong 3 times…I finally eat the 3rd salad, it was the wrong salad, because we had been seated for over 30 minutes and I was hungry. We still had not received our cocktail order. They finally arrived at the end of our meal. We were told 4 times that our cocktails were being made, they were busy. But every time we looked over to the bar the 2 bartenders were not busy, in fact they were just talking and joking around. 1 person was seated at the bar, but he had his drink. Once my cocktail came, almost at the end of our meal my wife’s finally showed up….she was at the end of her meal. Got excuses several times for all the delays and wrong items from the 3 waitresses, but never did a person from management come over to make things right or offer any reasonable excuse for all the issues. The gentleman from the table next to us leaned over and whispered that we should have gotten their waitress. He felt bad for us. Needless to say we will not be spending our time or money at this establishment again. Wish further customers better service and respect then we got. PS- The restaurant was only half full.
