Purple Bean - Reno

In a typical day you will find delightful smoothies and very good coffee drinks, all served by young, enthusiastic and friendly staff who care about what they do. the customer service is great. that said, intentionally, the days when the daughter of the owner works. it is obvious as it is the only one that has a consistent, crappy attitude and does not care about you. I was surprised when I first saw her in the Drive-Dru window. my man and I have been so pampered over the years by the other employees and have recommended this business regularly to our friends. just before I was able to drive away the last time, I asked the girl if she wanted a feedback about her service. She scrubbed her shoulders and said, I guess. I explained to her that we usually tap really well and that the reason why we don't tap her today was due to her attitude and bad customer service. her answer was even more stable, as she explained that she had worked there for three years and was the daughter of the owner so. after our opinion, she wouldn't have that job if she wasn't her daughter. if she were my business, I would expect more of her than the rest of the staff, not to be a legitimate princess who hunts in the long term, and high-ranking masters. my man and I are not willing to end this business, but in the did try to find out what dates and times to avoid this rude people.

During my cross country bicycle trip I looked for a spot for coffee this morning. Purple Bean? Gots to go. Awesome coffee, great spot. Dig the purple. Thanks.

The smoothies are amazing it’s actually fruit and juice and not just a scoop of fruit syrup and ice like you get at a lot of the chain smoothie places. And on top of that, the service was friendly and quick!

I live in Oregon and I wake up every day wishing I could have there espresso . I’m completely addicted to there dirty chai with lavender and oat milk . Never watery and there oat milk is thick and creamy tastes like heaven

Ok so I absolutely love coffee, and when I first went to juman bean, I was with my grandma and I literally thought that this was the best chia tea coffee in the world! The people there are always so kind and caring, when they see my grandmas car they will always have here usual order ready to go! They always are passionate, and that passion you can definitely taste! Prices are also fairly decent! Which is great for an on the go coffee in the morning or when you feel a little tired and need that mid- day boost!
