Eating is nice and the staff is friendly but not order curbside pickup! I had the same bad experience twice with curb-side pickup in this place. we order online, park before location for picking up on the side, text when arrived and nobody shows up to supply the food. I used this service when I was sick and have to go inside at the end to get the (dual cold) food because not even the phone they would pick up. mannager needs to switch to struct staff to find the work!

Very easy order online for pick. they do not seem to have the necessary personal for picking up orders. that is, the service is still great and the staff is friendly and eating is very tasty.

Incredibly slow service. I ordered a dish that came with pancakes and requested gluten-free for the pancakes and they refused to accommodate even if they have gluten-free pancakes and say so on their menu. our waitress was friendly, but she was clearly overwhelmed and short workers with the huge amount. she couldn't come to us often. eggs were quite small and thin. bacon was super thin and tasted like karton. was it real speck? the place has been really downhill since the kovid.

They took us in pretty fast and many people waited. service was fast and good. that was great.

I took my youngest son and daughter to IHOP for breakfast. There was quite a waiting list but it went relatively quick. Our server refilled my Pepsi 4-5 tines she was on top of everything. Even though my youngest who turned 4 today actually refused to eat but that was not the restaurant's issue. It was mine and mine alone.
