Bidrage med feedbackEx-employee review, so make of this what you will. The interior of the dining area (something I have had hours to observe as I cleaned it daily) has a sporty yet familiar feel to it. There are 3 wall-mounted TVs and a smaller TV mounted above what you could consider the bar for anyone to tune into their favorite sports/entertainment program as they eat. The employees are friendly, and when we make a mistake, we try our hardest to own up to it. The pizzas can be a bit dry if the person making it doesn't put enough pizza sauce on it. Otherwise, I think the pizzas are the best in town. I especially love the garlic chips as something to munch on between busy periods. Overall, compared to other pizza joints here in town that I've been to, I think Pizza Factory takes the cake... Or Pizza. Whatever floats yer goat. Disclaimer: At the time of this review, I was an employee of Pizza Factory, but my opinions do not reflect those of the owners of this restaurant nor the Pizza Factory Franchise. My opinions are not to be confused as official statements from Pizza Factory.
After reading many reviews, I was skeptical about ordering food from this Pizza Factory because I have had bad luck with other locations the past few times I've visited them (Fernley/Fallon). Well, I ordered anyway and being extremely picky, I figured my pizza wouldn't be quite to my liking, but hopefully edible nonetheless. Much to my surprise, the pizza was PERFECT and the price was just right. Only flaw was the girl ringing me up was drab and rude (about 18, glasses, shoulder length hair). Anyway, kudos to the cook on Saturday evening about 7:45pm!
