Bidrage med feedbackI always order capriottis in sparks but decided to try this one and I ordered the large wagyu cheese steak and it was so salty. To salty to even eat. It has never tasted this salty in all the times I’ve ordered so it was a little disappointing considering it was 24 dollars :
I ordered a 10 inch Meatball sandwich, there was sauce all over the wrapping paper, the sandwich is cold that could have been Door Dash’s error but even still the bread was not toasted. A real disgrace for the price of this sandwich
When you are greeted by an Employee who projects they don't like where they work and sees no value in customers where is the experience headed? Capps customer service and product have been wobbling for years now. There is no consistency in the product between stores and the stores not being clean is a deal breaker.
5 inches is generous, they're small too. Which isn't horrible after you take the first bite, then it's more than enough.And of course you can't expect to ask for no mushrooms and have them actually do anything about your request. Oh and they can only do two hot sandwiches at a time while the others get cold.
The food is good, good portion, decent price, the only thing is that the service in the afternoon sucks in my opinion. nothing compared to those in the morning who are personally much more attentive and the services are faster compared to those in the
