Recently dined at this fine establishment for my lunch break. Food was prepared so fast its like they read my mind and started preparing it before I even ordered! Ordered the Cole Turkey and let me tell you it was divine. The Russian Sauce was delectable, the Russians must've came up with this during the Cold War because it was the bomb!

I usually go to a different capriotti's location but was on the road and this one was closer. I ordered online for pickup. Food wasn't ready when we got there, they said they were busy, okay. So we waited for five minutes then got our food. Got home and both our sandwiches were wrong. The chicken parm had no marina on it and my Chipotle chicken crunch was a chicken cheese steak that tasted like lemon pepper, bleghh. I didn't eat mine and my husband had to add pizza sauce to his sandwich to make it edible. Will not be coming back to the Kietzke location.

Homeless man came in and used drugs in the bathroom. The steak had a strange taste.
