The food was great, but it took one to be ready for eating

Had occasion to visit this KFC on a Tuesday afternoon (a little after 2). I guess we missed the lunch hour crowd. Regardless we asked the lady what would she recommend for two people. Suggested the 6 piece for $20.00. After looking at menu there was a special for $21 with two sides (fries and a salad). Why this wasn't recommended no idea. Maybe it was a bad day for her. No personality or offering of other items. Asked for napkins, and tools. Good and bad in that we didn't have t wait for the chicken or chips (wasn't piping hot suspect this was lunch hour extra). We love or KFC but will have reservations in going back to this one.

The food has always been awesome here, and if if I ever had an issue with my order they would promptly fix it within an ideal amount of time. Never had an issue and the food is always good. Best part is the grease or sweat from the chicken is always minimal

Service is slow. No concept of putting g an order together ensuring that it will be hot and fresh. Had to check my order before I left the store it was not complete. Poor service

Food was as per normal. The bags being used were paper thin short bags from taco bell. As soon as I walked out the door, the bags broke open and all my food ended up on the ground open. I was fuming because I had just asked for better bags and was told that's all they had. $61 work of food on the ground. They replaced it but this could of been avoided if the were prepared.
