Today we spontaneously ended up back in the Schöneck on the way home after a long time. The goal was a simple, home style dinner. Very friendly welcome from Sina and assign to the table. Cool fresh beer, study menu. Because we are always in Venice, I was surprised Venetian style veal liver decided spontaneously with a mixed salad. Salad super fresh, sauce excellent, bread very tasty! Our wish slowly until the main course no problem : Fegato Veneziano was served. Liver excellent but unfortunately not Venetian. Sage was missing, no red onion and the scent of balsamic vinegar was hardly noticeable. Disappointment yes, but only briefly. The chef has cooked his own interpretation. The dish was rounded off with its own touch, special class good middle class. Side dish tagliatelle perfect, vegetables ok. Sometimes I just have to be forced to be lucky. Dessert Sina spiced up with a Baileys made the evening an experience. Gladly again and a thousand thanks for the successful evening.
