Waterhouse Cafe Kingswood

We had our 25th wedding anniversary here and it was such a wonderful event. So well organised, we didn’t need to do a thing. The food was delish and the staff were so friendly and conscientious. We had a wonderful party would definitely book again.

Food is great, as ever no complaints about that. We go there fairly frequently. Went today for brunch with a friend and went to pay. They now automatically add a service charge to the bill, which is a recent change to their business practice. It specifies on the menu that groups of 6+ will be charged service, but no mention anywhere about it now being added for everyone, even couples or singles. They also still have a tips jar on the payment counter a bit cheeky expecting tips on top of paying a service charge. None of the other cafes we go automatically add this charge.

Was visiting for the first time to this cafe yesterday (Sunday) and need to share what a joy to find a cafe with so many choices, nothing too much trouble, polite and helpful staff. Lady managing, tall and blonde, think her name was Michelle her team explained the full of choice menu with a wonderful smile .. I am diary intolerant and had so much choice.. I will be back for sure with more friends and family

Amazing breakfast experience. Staff are the friendliest and most cheerful I have ever seen. They can not do enough for you and always have a smile on their face. The plates are full, and the teas are good large mugs. Highly recommend

Come here often, always good for lunch. Staff are very friendly and helpful and very reasonably priced. service is quick and efficient.
