Mcdonald's - Reigate and Banstead

Food takes ages to come out. Queuing is ridiculous. But it is what it is.

Shocking, old lady manger hasn't got a clue!!!! Lol

I have visited this site a couple of times in last few weeks, yesterday I went in for a coffee, 3 weeks ago it was 99p, yesterday the price had gone up around 40% to £1.39. I did not buy it. Although McDonalds coffee at £1.39 is still much cheaper,and better than other places I cannot see how they can justify a 40% price hike. I tried today to make a complaint with McDonalds UK. What a joke. They have no facility to make a complaint online. I eventuall found a number and called them. a complete waste of time, as they really don't care what their outlets charge. Not at all impressed with poor attitude of staff at outlet or head office.

Appalling attitude from Sunday staff. Ignored, order wrong, slow. Drive through layout is rediculous so don't waste your time!

Since the re-opening re-model , I have been here maybe 6-7 times and I think only once have they got an order right! And even then missed the sauce I asked for , If you 're thinking of using the new drive thru for some fast food forget it! You could order a simple cheese burger and there be no one else in the que , yet you will be asked to park round the front , if you can park anywhere which seems to be a near impossible task as they now ask everyone to park up , then you 'll be faced with 15-20minute wait for them to then bring out ethier your order missing something you 've asked and payed for , or something completely different to what you ordered altogether , so then you end up going into the store anyway only to stand there getting ignored! Utterly utterly useless! Cannot even get a bacon roll right!
