Elements At The Novotel Tower Bridge

Friendly staff, they were able to get our group of 5 seated quickly without reservation. Quick service. Our server Lucky was very nice and made us feel welcome. Only 4 stars as one Pizza we ordered did not have the ingredients mentioned on the menu. Rather small card to choose from.

Visited for evening meal on Sunday 3rd December, party of 5, my wife ordered the salmon, no one else order this dish, I had some to taste during the meal. That evening we were both violently sick and constantly on the toilet, this lasted for the next 24 hrs, on the Saturday and Sunday our party had the same food apart from this meal, all others were ok. I contacted the restaurant to ask if any others had reported the same, I never received a reply

Pretty late review but I ate here while staying in Novotel Tower Bridge for a few days. Location is great and is near the station. The food is pretty good but a little expensive. The menu is quite diverse and tasty and we also ordered some food for in-room dining. Khan was our waiter and he was so friendly and accommodating. Hope he's doing well!

The restaurant is beautiful and well decorated. The staff was very nice, except one young man that was a little bit awkward but all good. The food was delicious from the fish and chip to the burguers! It was a little bit overpriced but you know...you're in LONDON!. But it was a solid 4 out of 5. The food was definetly amazing.

We found the place by accident, and so happy we did! Food was amazing! Staff were very friendly and attentive! I would recommend checking it out!
