Brewers Fayre At The Premier Inn

The pub has a very welcoming ambience and the customer service is amazing. Four lovley young staff (Danielle, Callum, Charley, and Emma) always greet their customers with a smile and are not irritable when faced with issues. They deserve a 5 star rating! Although, the place needs a clean up. The toilets are kept clean, so I'm not sure why the seating areas and bar are tacky. The food is not wow-ing, however it is a pub so I did not expect any better than what I revieved. Also soft drinks are a little pricey. Overall, it is your standard pub but with great customer service and friendly staff.

Decided to go to Heathside for lunch, we are regulars Arrived was advised by man at the bar to find a table and take a seat, Found an area that looked relatively clean, Dirt and yesterday's food on the floor under the table, Table a little sticky, chairs very tired, I feel the place needs a good clean and an update. Table already had knife and fork with a serviette on it. Looked at the menu, made our way to the bar ordered meal and drinks at the bar, Returned to table with our drinks, Food arrived nice food, fish was much smaller than its picture, we had to remind the waiter to bring bread and butter, I did ask for another drink while they gave us our food, but that never arrived, Finished food and drink so made our way out of the restaurant, no Thank you or and goodbye from today's staff. Luckily it's very cheap and we had a voucher, because I feel full price was not justified at this restaurant.

Went with the family for new year's, took them a while to sort out allergies but the curry was nice and staff were friendly

Found this place and thought good value for money. The manager Paul was very nice and looked after us very well. Cheap drinks as well.

Very good restaurant the food was delicious and the team excellent l. Well Done great work team We will back soon to visit
