Was at a wedding tonight in Saskatchewan the brisket was burnt and dry couldn’t get it down without a drink It was a wedding in the middle of the summer not 2 weeks ago I can tell bark and burnt buddy but thanks

Had them cater my outdoor wedding on Sept 23, 2023 and it was amazing. We had brisket, ribs and chicken and it was a hit across the board. Guests were raving, excellent customer service and the crew that came out even helped clear some tables when the help we had booked for that were unable to make it. I had a special request that I, the bride, needed ketchup for my perogies…checkout what I found on the head table just before supper. 10/10

We got this whole entire beautiful rack yesterday at Stampede. 10 out of 10. We aren't big meat eaters but we finished it all. Finger licking good!

I contacted these guys online in search of an item for my BBQ that was discontinued. They had some in stock and emailed me photos to verify it was indeed the item I was searching for. It has taken me weeks to find any vendor who would kindly respond to my inquiries... It was Rob and Devon from Prairie smoke spice who contacted me within moments, sent me photos of the item which they still had in stock and worked out the cheapest and most efficient way for me to receive my item (as I reside in Australia). These dudes were so quick to oblige and I have to commend them for their care and professionalism during the transaction. Great guys.
