The Old Spagetti Factory - Redwood City

This was our second visit but the first time to actually dine here. A few months ago, my roommates and I walked in and waited at the hostess podium for several minutes and were never greeted. We walked out. We decided to give OSF a second chance and I'm glad we did. I ordered the Toasted Cheese Ravioli for the 3 of us to share as an appetizer thinking we would get maybe 2 each. The plate arrived with 12 golden brown toasted ravioli. Crunchy outside and cheesy inside. The marinara dipping sauce was good, but could have used a little bit more. For my entrée, I ordered the Italian Sausage with Meat Sauce on spaghetti. When the plate arrived it looked like it could have used a quick QA check before it left the kitchen. The rim of the plate had some sauce smudges plus it looked as if it was just tossed on without any thought. I was also expecting sausage pieces not a whole link, not that it was bad. The pasta was cooked perfectly but the overall flavor was bland and lacking any depth of ita

First time at this restaurant. Service was great. Had our table ready (party of 14). Everyone loved the food. You get fresh hot bread from the get go. Your meal comes with soup or salad,main dish and dessert. Weather it be ice cream or cake. Waitress came around often to make sure everyone was taken care of. I would come back and eat here again. Prices at average and portions are enough to fill you up.

I'm pleasantly surprised! The fettuccini Alfredo with chicken was delicious, much better than expected. Garlic bread was very good too. However the cocktail was not great. Still highly recommend!

The Old Spaghetti Factory is a good place for a group of friends, colleagues or a family to enjoy a nice meal, drinks and whatnot. The menu offers something for everyone and the plates are huge! Leave a lot of room before going to The Old Spaghetti Factory or wear loose clothing. Joking aside great taste, value for money and friendly service.
