Bidrage med feedbackI showed up here on Sunday night and honestly I never went back. There were small children who were not observed by parents eating directly from the salad bar, hands in pudding and yogurt and the employees in the salad bar NOTHING. I told the manager because I was so excited... he did NOTHING. I have always loved Sizzler and was so excited to see one still open, but this experience turned me off the great time and I will probably never eat again at another Sizzler. Sad to post this, but so bloated. If a person working in the health department had experienced what I did, I think they would be shut down.
We always seem to get a good service when we eat at Sizzler.
Updated:08/01/2022 Sat-Down was refilled and that was it. Do not pick up the dirty dishes or offer us additional dishes. Two waitresses, so they were not short employees. Taco/nacho section had no taco shell, and instead Taco meat had bacon bits. Had hot soup, but forget the pan. Bad service day. No waitress. Had to ask the manager to go home. Manager reacted immediately, but the waitress was obviously upset and took it out on us.
It has been a long time since the visit of Sizzlers recently decided to revise for dinner. Was today surprised by the great improvement of the quality of service and food! Keep the good work Sizzlers!
This place is not impressive. For instance, the salad bar was NOT kept stocked in the middle of the day; as a result, there were a few empty containers. Also, it has a very weak selection of meat. Next, i noticed that no one was using gloves even though the sign said everyone must use it. The gloves were there but it was hard to see them. They were not placed where they are supposed to be, next to the large spoons. I am myself did not use gloves for the first time because i did not see them where they are supposed to be, and later i went to wash my hands. However, when i returned for the second plate, that is when i noticed on top of the tall structure a box with gloves. And, i used them immediately. I believe, for the manager of this restaurant, this job is very difficult. Because, he or she doesn't have time or will to come out and check if everything looks good and sound at the salad bar. The good example about how this kind of the restaurant should be run is a Sizzler's restaurant in Pinole, CA.
