Big O Bagels - Redmond

The bagels are fantastic and I'd love to frequent the place more, however if there is even a small line (3-5 people) you can expect to wait 20-30 minutes (sometimes 40), which is simply too long if you're just trying to grab a bagel and go.I've been coming to this location occasionally over the last year and this has been consistent.Owners: staff your Redmond location accordingly, or improve your system so your employees can be more productive. It'll pay for itself.Disappointing as the bagels are really great, they have some unique flavor options, and the employees are very friendly and obviously doing their best.I'd love to visit more, but I can't wait 30 minutes for a bagel everyday.

Super good bagels and coffee, and the little blonde is so sweet and welcoming even though she was rushing around from working alone! Would definitely recommend!

Cute little place. Parking lot needs to be bigger. Looking forward to trying the Eye opener.
