Applebee's Grill - Redmond

Terrible customer service got walked around by atleast 4 different employees for a minimum of 20 minutes with maybe 10 other customers in the whole restaurant won’t be coming back

Sad when a restaurant turns a group of 30 FFA kids/teachers away because “they can't accommodate a large group”… These kids earned money and traveled to Redmond for this experience… Glad another diner in town accommodated them with no problem!!

Total lack of competent management. Only 5 tables seated with customers and some patrons at the bar. A sixth table had 4 employees eating meals. Has management heard of rotating employees for breaks? Over 20 patrons waiting to be seated and told that it would be over a 1 hour to be seated due to only 2 servers. We counted and observed 8 employees milling around including the 4 seated at the table eating. One Busboy was just wandering around with nothing to do. This place was truly unbelievable.

Absolutely garbage customer service. Waited for 10 min to be seated and not so much as a look from a single server! Three employees walked by and ignored our presence so we left. Never again will I come here!!!

I only gave them one star because I had to or wouldn't let me give a review. 5 tabletops 9 employees on the floor 40 minute wait terrible food my husband only got half a meal I got no cheese on my macaroni and cheese they need to close the restaurant.
