Pizza Hut - Redlands

Forgot to put jalapeños on my pizza, and the delivery driver couldn't speak one word of English. He had a hard time finding my home, so I had to wait an extra 20 minutes, while my pizza got cold, till he finally found my place, because I couldn't communicate with him.

I've had hit and miss food and service from my local Pizza Hut over the last several years. Most recently, I ordered a large pizza with no sauce for delivery. It arrived with sauce and no cheese. It looked and tasted awful. The store offered to remake it but I would have to pick it up myself. I finally got a refund (not store credit as offered as I don't plan to order from there again) but it didn't account for the fees and tip already paid.

Honestly, we've never had a bad experience getting pizza from here. It's always fast and really fresh. It's not GOURMET, it's just Pizza Hut! It's been good since I was a kid. The place itself is a little dingy and dark, but everything is quick even when it's busy for takeout.
