Mountain Mike's Pizza - Redlands

No wonder this place has only one star. I went in with my family and asked if we could have an salate when they had made full salatable, told me the person who works the bank that we can't, because the salatable ended 14 seconds ago. loool. he asked him again and he gave me the same answer and asked him again if we could buy a teller, he reacted "unfortunately no." 14 seconds? I have to be a sweat.

The pizza at this restaurant is delicious, but their delivery service needs improvement. It has been 2 hours since I placed my order and I still have not received it.

The restaurant was chaotic, with customers having to clean their own tables in order to find a decent place to eat. The soda machine was out of order, the TVs displaying the menu and prices were not working, the bathroom had no paper towels and was dirty, and a worker at the front counter got our order wrong. Multiple customers who returned for food also had issues with their orders. Overall, it was a bad experience at this restaurant.

My partner and I had a negative experience at this pizza restaurant. The service from the woman was rude and the pizza was very greasy and unappetizing. The TV volume was so loud that it was difficult to have a conversation. When my partner tried to order, the woman informed us that they did not have any water cups or plastic cups for drinks, which seemed very unprofessional for a pizza place. The customer service was poor overall, as the woman seemed disinterested and my partner had trouble communicating with her. Additionally, the menu did not have prices listed, causing confusion for customers when trying to order. Overall, it was a disappointing visit to this restaurant.

I ordered my pizza at 6:05pm this evening online I arrived at 6:55 and was told my order was being re-made ? This is the 2nd time this same thing has occurred here.. I normally do not write reviews but I think this really has to be addressed .. I am ordering in advanced so I can avoid a wait so if your online option does not work than kindly remove it from your website .. worst customer service for pizza pick I have ever had .. FYI the next person in line to pick up was advised the exact same thing??
