Crumbl Cookies Redlands

The cookies here are some of the best. I like them with frost. they also make a great office contract. I'll be back for more!

I have had several visits here yet this is my first review. Don't know how i missed it but, here it goes! Ever since my first visit the place literally imprinted on me! From the fist bite to my last bite each one seemed as memorable as the next. I went in to buy one for taste and then walked out with two boxes full. I like to keep it simple with just a chocolate chip cookie and it never fails. The fact that they serve it still warm is just ‍. Best cookies ive ever had! Seriously as long as they never change I believe i will most likely be a costumer for life. Or until i get so old sugar is no longer an option

Meh! Cookie Corner in Redlands is way better. They didn't have all of their cookies due to being sold out of some. The ones I was able to try were mediocre.

I placed a catering order on Tuesday for pickup today at 4pm PT. When I arrived at about 4:20pm I was informed that my cookies had not been made. That they would not be ready for about 20 30 minutes!!! What the heck??? 4pm pickup and prepaid for order turned into not getting my cookies until 5pm PT! These were for my daughters birthday to take to her softball practice. And they ended up late! The store did not care, a manager or lead was in the back and would not come address us. Made the women at the front desk go back and forth when we asked questions or wanted contact information for the general manager which they would not give . With another cookie place in Redlands I might need to rethink our weekly visits to this location!

Couldn't make the app work for me but we decided to just walk in and it was amazing! The store, the service and of course the cookies are all so good!
