KFC - REDLAND BAY

This review is based on multiple terrible experiences, not just one. I ordered the ultimate box with a solo through the drive-thru. Normally, the drink is handed over by the cashier, but we didn't receive it because the person was too busy talking at the next window. When we requested the drink, they handed over a Pepsi Max without checking if it was what I had ordered. When I returned and asked for the correct drink, I received eye rolls from the staff. I was already frustrated but decided to eat anyway. However, when I opened the bag, there were no utensils included. This level of service is unacceptable and does not deserve a place in Cleveland.

I was shocked by how small and overpriced the family pack was at this restaurant yesterday. It may be suitable for a small family of two, but I found the portion size to be very stingy. This will be the first and last time I visit this place, and I have a feeling that all franchises operate in a similar way.

We decided to give this restaurant another chance after they mistakenly gave us the wrong order in the past. Unfortunately, this time we were disappointed again. The food we received was not as ordered - supposedly half original and half hot and spicy, but only 2 out of 10 pieces were original. This left most of us still hungry. To make matters worse, they forgot the coleslaw again. It felt like a waste of money. There was no reception to provide feedback, which may explain why our previous issues were not addressed.

They cook in low oil heat, which leads to chicken soup in oil. Never get what you order at Takeaway. Runs out of chicken (may you believe it is true) staff laugh and think it is a joke. Too bad KFC left this...outlet as an official franchise. I'm not accusing the immature staff, but I'm accusing the warning, they obviously have no idea how to run such a franchise. Shame Shame

Got a family meal at 8.30. Virtually got a chicken and coleslaw haha not good at all. You literally have to bargain with them. Even though they shut at 10. No mash potato and gravy
